We will ship within 3-8 business days once upon the receipt of your payment. Usually most of the items are in stock. If it is not in stock, we will inform you.
We only ship to the address verified by Aliexpress. And please make sure your phone number and post code are correct.
If your address belongs to remote areas, the additional cost will be charged as per the forwarder’s shipping rate standard(remote areas by DHL: remoteareas.dhl.com).
Warranty
The warranty is one year under normal conditions(accessories not included). And Canavie will offer professional technical supports.
All items are brand new, never used, non-refurbished and well packed. Every item is well tested before being shipped. If you have any technical problems during installation or operation, please feel free to contact us. Until now, we have found most of the problems are not from the items themselves but from misunderstanding or improper operation. Therefore please make sure to check it carefully before sending it back. If the item is not defective as you described, we will not be responsible for any shipping cost caused by resending.
The valid period for replacement is 14 days upon the receipt of the item. We will support one-way (from China to you) shipping cost if we confirm the faulty in one month.
In the following situations: damaged by improper installation or operation, misused, warranty seal removed, opened or repaired by unauthorized person etc, the item will be out of warranty. And the customer is supposed to pay all shipping costs.

Can it be shipped to my country?
We can ship to 98% of countries in the world. if your country can’t be selected from Aliexpress , please contact us.
How long does it take to arrive?
Usually we will ship within 2-5 business days once your payment is confirmed and cooperate with DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX (5-7 days), and EMS (13-20 days).
Note: We will ship only via EMS to customers from some countries like Russia, etc which is better for your import.
Do I need to pay custom duties?
we do not pay any tax and fee. The price on aliexpress does not include customs tax and fee if it happens. Customer should pay it by himself, if you do not agree, please do not buy to avoid troubles . The custom duties are charged by importing countries. Though we can’t control this, we will help you to declare a lower value at customs. Therefore most of our customers do not need to pay custom duties or just pay few. If you have special requirements for declared value, please explain to us when you place orders. Canavie will try the best to help our customer to minimize the risk of paying taxes
