2. A Portable Monitor recreates visual signals received from your Laptop /Computer/Phone.Therefore, please confirm that your device has a corresponding interface that support video signal transmission.
3. If you use Type C cable to connect, please make sure that the Type C interface of your device supports video and audio signal transmission.Otherwise, the Portable Monitor will not be able to display.
4. After the power is connected, logo show up(Unless you customize the startup logo, the screen will appear blue.), the screen show “No signal”, and the sidelight turn red. There is no image on the screen. This is a normal phenomenon. Because the Portable Monitor does not receive the video signal from your device.
5. This portable display has a maximum brightness of 220 nits and No built-in battery.
6. Please use a power adapter in the package to power the Portable Monitor. So that it will save your last settings.
7. The Portable Monitor can work with an iPhone, but you will need to purchase an additional Lighting to HD adapter.
